The role of Regional HR Business Partner offers an exciting challenge to work proactively with leadership across a range of campuses providing trusted HR support, guidance and coaching while helping to shape positive workplace cultures across the organisation.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, supporting with a range of people matters, including but not limited to:- Provide proactive support on a range of employee relations matters
- Work with leadership and management to coach and up-skill the team to deal with people matters effectively
- Support with change management projects
- Work with management and leadership to drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives
- Build excellent stakeholder relationships and work with leadership to challenge and influence decision making
- Working with the HR team to support with a range of HR projects and initiatives
