You will help reinforce learning in English, Maths, and wider curriculum subjects, support classroom routines, prepare simple resources, and work closely with the class teacher to help pupils stay engaged and make progress. You are organised, encouraging, and able to explain ideas clearly to primary-aged pupils. You want meaningful school-based experience, enjoy helping children build confidence in their learning, and are keen to play a practical role in supporting progress across the school day. Requirements
• Degree – A 2:2 or above in a creative subject.
• Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
