HGV Class 1 Driver – Bristol
Driver Require are recruiting reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing full time work with one of our prestigious client based in Bristol completing deliveries from the DC to various store locations Delivering White goods
HGV Class 1 Driver pay rates
- Day shifts Mon-Fri: £21.00 p/h PAYE ( INCLUDING HOLIDAY PAY )
- Night shifts Mon-Fri: £22.18 p/h PAYE ( INCLUDING HOLIDAY PAY )
- Saturdays: £23.36 p/h PAYE ( INCLUDING HOLIDAY PAY )
- Sundays : £24.53 p/h PAYE ( INCLUDING HOLIDAY PAY )
- Bank Holidays: £23.81 p/h PAYE ( INCLUDING HOLIDAY PAY
HGV Class 1 Driver role details:
- 5 on 3 off rota
- Days: 5am-9am starts
- Nights - 18:00-23:00 starts
- Delivery of white goods
- Tail lift deliveries
- PM Work Trunking to Newark, Bristol and LGW or AM store work, some CSC deliveries as well (curtain trailers)
- Assessment / Induction Required. - if passed a rota pattern of 5 on 3 off for continuous ongoing work
Candidate requirements:
Valid HGV Class 1 licence with no more than 6 points on license
(no major endorsements)Minimum 1 year experience driving HGV Class 1
Flexible availability to meet shift requirements
Good knowledge of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Must pass an assessment following with an induction
