Marketing Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced project and operations professional who understands how work moves seamlessly from concept through to delivery across a fast-paced business environment. You'll bring both a technical mindset and a creative eye, enabling you to effectively manage complex projects while balancing operational efficiency with high-quality outcomes.

With at least five years' experience, you'll be confident working with stakeholders at every level, taking full ownership of projects and driving them through to successful completion. You'll be highly process-driven, with the ability to develop, implement and continuously improve operational systems that provide clear visibility, robust governance and accurate reporting for senior stakeholders.

As a proactive problem solver, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll enjoy getting involved across multiple areas of the business while championing best-in-class project management standards and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, effectively and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and programmes from initial scoping through to successful delivery, taking full ownership of outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients, earning trust through collaboration and consistent delivery.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, making informed decisions and proactively solving challenges.
• Champion best-practice project management, helping to develop processes, ways of working and the wider project management function.
• Balance creative ambition with commercial reality, ensuring ideas are innovative, achievable and delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, statements of work, timelines, budgets, resources and communications.
• Identify and mitigate risks, effectively managing scope changes while maintaining quality, timelines and financial objectives.
• Intervene early to keep projects on track, ensuring right-first-time delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and spend performance, ensuring delivery remains aligned to forecasts and commercial targets.

• Creative production including print and basic artworking
• Copy and TOV requirements
• CGI & 3D
• UX/UI
• Retouching
• Conceptual creative
• Photographic shoots including PPM planning
• Digital signage
• Content scheduling
• XR
• SMS campaigns
• Packaging
