A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a QA/QC Engineer to join a well‑established and forward‑thinking manufacturing organisation.

This is a key role within the business, offering the chance to shape and strengthen quality processes while supporting continuous improvement across all operations. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining high standards, driving root‑cause solutions, and ensuring products and processes meet the expectations of customers and industry standards. This position offers strong development potential within a supportive, quality‑focused environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance processes in line with QMS and industry standards
• Monitor quality performance, resolve issues, and drive root‑cause corrective actions
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality requirements and compliance
• Conduct and support internal/external audits, quality control plans, and project quality gates
• Provide training, guidance, and continuous improvement support across the organisation

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems
• Experience in quality auditing, engineering documentation, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measurement tools
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
• Self‑motivated, solutions‑focused, and able to build effective stakeholder relationships
