A high-achieving secondary school in Salisbury is looking for a professional and efficient School Receptionist . This position is ideal for an individual who loves working with the public and thrives in a role where no two days are the same.

Location: Salisbury (Central location with staff parking and local bus links)
Salary: £24,500 – £27,000 (Wiltshire Council Scale)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Requirement: Previous experience in a high-volume reception or customer service role is preferred.
Detailed Responsibilities
Customer Excellence: Delivering a first-class service to parents and visitors, resolving routine queries with discretion and a professional tone.
System Management: Entering data onto school systems (e.g., Bromcom or ScholarPack ) and maintaining files for admissions and school transport.
Reprographics: Assisting with the school’s printing needs, ensuring school-wide communications are produced to a high standard.
Admissions Support: Helping with the administration of student transitions, particularly during the busy summer and autumn terms.
