Where will you be working? 

At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions 

What you'll be doing: 

You will provide supportive, hands‑on technical help to both field and office engineering teams, making sure everyone feels confident and equipped.

You will carry out site surveys based on client needs and prepare clear estimates for any remediation work.

You will create risk assessments and method statements that keep teams informed and safe before each job begins.

You will also help the Project Delivery team by sourcing materials, tracking progress, and keeping everyone aware of risks or delays.

Alongside this, you will manage a portfolio of small works and support the smooth delivery of larger projects.

What you'll bring:

• Proven MEICA experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to manage high‑volume, short site‑based works with confidence
• Understanding of water and wastewater processes and related equipment
• Knowledge of temporary works and confined space practices is beneficial
• Valid UK driving licence for flexible site support
