To be considered for this role candidates must have / be able to demonstrate:
A L2/L3 Teaching Assistant qualification and/or exceptional relatable experience of working as a Teaching Assistant.
Experience of working as a teach ing Assistant in a British curriculum school for a minimum of two terms .
Full enhanced DBS certificate .
Completion of the Connex Education Onboarding Process .
The ability to show a genuine desire and passion for working as a teaching assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong rapport building skills, with pupils and with co-workers.
A minimum of 2 school based references
