This Teaching Assistant Role would be ideal for an aspiring teacher.
About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers across a range of lessons, helping students stay engaged and confident in their learning. Your responsibilities may include assisting with classroom activities, supporting small groups or individual students, and helping maintain a focused and positive learning environment.
This role provides valuable exposure to the classroom and is particularly suited to graduates who are considering teacher training in the future.

A degree in any subject
Previous experience with young people (this may include tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work, or voluntary roles)
An interest in progressing into teaching or education
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive attitude
