Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager

We are hiring an experienced, motivated, and hardworking Assistant Store Manager for our Domino's Pizza store in Bathgate, West Lothian, Scotland.

Important Note

As this is a senior position, we are only accepting applicants with at least 18 months of work experience at a former Domino's Pizza store. Candidates must be able to work independently across all workstations.

Please do not apply if you do not meet this experience requirement, as your application will be automatically rejected. Only applicants with prior Domino's Pizza experience will be considered.

Qualities Required: -

• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills. -
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. -
• Lead, motivate, and train your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• - Oversee stock control, inventory management, and store ordering systems. -
• Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and health standards, including HACCP regulations. -
• Recruit and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing environment. -
• Respond to customer feedback and use it to improve service and store performance. -
• Achieve sales, labour, and food cost targets to ensure profitability. -
• Implement marketing strategies and promote upselling to maximise sales. -
• Ensure all team members adhere to Domino's UK standards and policies. -
• Always have the store ready for a 5-star O.S.A. inspection.

If needed, we can assist with obtaining a work visa, as we have a Skilled Worker CoS.

However, please be aware that frequent changes to sponsorship rules have made obtaining a visa quite challenging. It is generally easier if one is already on a skilled work visa.
