Working closely with the Site QHSE Compliance, Facilities & Training Manager, you will provide essential administrative support while helping to maintain compliance, safety standards, and efficient site operations. Key Responsibilities
- Update, organise and maintain QHSE documentation, records and filing systems.
- Complete and support routine site compliance checks, including daily, weekly and monthly fire safety inspections.
- Assist with annual emergency lighting checks and workplace noise surveys.
- Investigate facilities maintenance requests and gather the required information to raise repair jobs.
- Coordinate contractor visits and maintain relevant documentation.
- Support the QHSE and Facilities team with day-to-day requests and administrative tasks.
- Carry out site checks across office, warehouse and yard areas.
- Ensure records are accurately maintained and available for audit purposes.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience within QHSE, Health & Safety, Compliance, Facilities or Administration is advantageous.
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office packages.
