Are you an operational leader with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare services? We're looking for an Operations Director to join our team and shape and deliver the strategy across our neurodevelopmental and digital mental health services, ensuring excellence in quality, performance, growth and patient outcomes.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring an Operations Director. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provide a range of digital mental health and neurodevelopmental services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Lead and inspire a purpose-led, committed team, ensuring the structure of the business creates a platform for success.

• Maximise immediate market opportunities in neurodevelopmental assessments and talking therapies, including diversification and delivery direct to consumer.

• Maximise the potential of bringing our neurodevelopmental and digital mental health services together to provide an integrated and uniquely differentiated service offering.

• Shape our future mental health service offering and go-to-market strategy.

Experience We’re Looking For

• Senior operational leadership experience within a mental health environment.

• Successfully leading large, multi-disciplinary teams across complex services or multiple locations.

• Accountability for budgets and the delivery of financial, commercial and growth targets.

• Developing trusted relationships with clients, commissioners and key stakeholders to support growth and service excellence.
