Summary

As a Nigerian restaurant, we are looking for a candidate who will love to learn how to cook Nigerian dishes in our restaurant and also selling it to the public at our market stall in Cambridge with supervision.

Wage

£12,480 to £19,827.60, depending on your age

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

• The candidate will prepare different types of Nigerian food
• Clean the kitchen
• Serve customers
• Take payment at the restaurant and serve at our market stall with supervision
• As you gain experience you will learn how to run a restaurant with supervision

Training schedule

You will achieve a Food and Beverage Team Member Level 2 qualification via a work mentor and Cambridge Regional College assessor.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

• English (grade 3/D and above)
• Maths (grade 3/D and above)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
