Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Brand Application Specialist to join our dynamic brand team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in brand design, development, and application across both print and digital platforms.

You will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints, including apparel and merchandise, office environments, templates, and a wide range of additional brand outputs.

The ideal candidate is thorough and detail-driven, with the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions when navigating challenges. This role requires strong verbal and visual communication skills, as well as the confidence to lead the design process end-to-end-from briefing and concept development through to final execution and delivery.

As such, the successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, developing briefs, and providing thoughtful guidance and brand solutions. Your role

The role will cover the following areas and requires strong expertise in brand application, as well as a solid understanding of the design process to confidently engage with stakeholders and develop clear guidance for others:

Brand Implementation & Guardianship
  • Create, apply and maintain brand guidelines across a wide range of physical assets including merchandising, clothing, signage, office branding.
  • Create, apply and maintain brand guidance across digital assets with a key focus on developing templates for Microsoft applications, Adobe Creative Suite and digital platforms such as Canva.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all visual communications.
  • Be responsible for identifying areas of brand growth and independently managing projects throughout their lifecycle keeping stakeholders and the Global Brand Manager updated.
Merchandising and clothing
  • Design and develop promotional items and guidance that truly harness our brand, research innovative methods of brand application, sample testing, create mockups and prototypes whilst capturing in print and application guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to define, test and guide the brand application in different materials as needed by the users.
  • Work in yearly projects to evolve exciting and creative new promotional items that elevate our brand profile through clothing sports kits, events kits and other merchandise products.
Office branding
  • Identify branding opportunities and develop a branding strategy that elevates our office spaces through developing and understanding messaging across our brand.
  • Create production-ready artwork and guidance for office branding for around 300 offices globally including defining messaging, testing production materials and creating guidelines for applications.
  • Work on specific projects to create technical recommendations for branding applications such as wayfinding, murals, glass manifestations, etc.
Print guidance
  • Use the knowledge of our brand in print to help evolve detailed print guidance that captures the vibrancy of our brand consistently.
  • Engage with suppliers to keep up to date with techniques, materials and processes to continually support our physical brand.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Creative Design, our internal design team, marketing, Real Estate and other teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
Process Improvement
  • Nurture awareness and knowledge in the Brand Team educating on the complexities of print application where required and identifying improvement opportunities on our processes.
  • Collaborate with other parts of the business, giving necessary training and mentorship on print production where required.

About you

  • Degree in Graphic Design or similar design field.
  • Experience in graphic design, creative artwork, or brand implementation roles.
  • Proven experience in brand guidelines design, print production, and digital asset creation.
  • Proven experience of creative brand development and understanding of messaging.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of brand applications across B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Experience of product/Industrial design is hugely advantageous as would experience creating instructions or packaging.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, ideally within product or innovation teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills both verbally and visually.
  • Excellent understanding of the creative process being able to seek opportunities and deliver creative projects.
  • Creative/conceptual thinking and storytelling.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge are essential but Premiere or AfterEffects are advantageous.
  • Experience in creating guidelines ideally using a CMS platform.
  • Experience creating templates on platforms such as Canva, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.
  • Strong understanding of brand application, typography, layout, design for print, environmental/office design.

Security clearance
