I recently bought a new printer and need someone to help me install it on my laptop and home Wi-Fi. The job includes connecting the printer to the network, installing the correct drivers, configuring default printer settings, and making sure it works from both my PC and my phone. I use Windows 11 and occasionally a Mac, so please be comfortable with both. If there are any firmware updates or troubleshooting steps, I’d appreciate guidance. A quick onsite visit at my home would be great—times we can work around are mornings on weekdays.
