We place a strong emphasis on empowering and developing our people, enhancing leadership and delivery capability, and broadening firm and industry knowledge. Projects and roles are assigned not only based on delivery needs but also aligned to individual development objectives and career progression. The team will embrace your skills, curiosity, and drive, while providing the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and high-impact environment. Responsibilities

- Promote and embed best practice in change delivery, including governance, Agile and hybrid methodologies, and continuous improvement
- 10+ years of experience in asset management or financial services, with a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-level change initiatives
- Strong understanding of asset management operating models, including middle- and back-office functions, with knowledge of Transfer Agency and/or Fund Distribution
- Exposure to digital assets, digital platforms, or emerging financial market infrastructure desirable, with a willingness to build knowledge and capability in this area
