About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded People Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis , supporting the delivery of strategic people initiatives across the division. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and executing people strategies that directly support business performance and long-term growth.

You will work closely with leaders, the Group Talent Acquisition function, and L&D teams to ensure the organisation attracts, develops, and retains high-quality talent while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll  provide strategic support, driving the development and execution of divisional people plans aligned to business goals
  
• You'll Partner with Group Talent Acquisition to deliver effective workforce planning, ensuring the right people, skills, and capabilities are in place
  
• Contribute to and support the delivery of group-wide people initiatives and the annual divisional People activity plan
  
• You'll Support talent management and succession planning, strengthening leadership capability and developing high  potential employees
  
• Collaborate with L&D to identify and implement opportunities to upskill and build organisational capability
  
• You'll Provide people-focused support for TUPE transfers, mergers & acquisitions, and integration activity
  
• Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, developing and implementing mitigation plans
  
• Coach and support leaders to proactively address organisational and people challenges
  
• Support performance management and reward strategies to drive engagement, accountability, and innovation
• Promote best practice and share insights across the division and wider group to support continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in an People Business Partner or Generalist role
  
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
  
• Experience supporting HR projects and initiatives
  
• Knowledge of TUPE (incoming and outgoing) is advantageous
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  
• Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent relevant HR experience)
