This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who enjoy being out on the road throughout the week, with regular work, modern vehicles and straightforward deliveries. The Role
- Tramping Monday to Friday with nights out in the vehicle.
- Nationwide deliveries and collections.
- Curtain-side and general haulage work.
- Completing pre- and post-vehicle checks.
- Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time.
- Completing all relevant paperwork and using electronic POD systems where required.
- Complying with all drivers' hours, Working Time Directive and road transport legislation.
- Maintaining a professional standard of customer service at delivery and collection points.
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
- Good understanding of drivers' hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
- A reliable, flexible and professional approach to work.
- Comfortable working away from home during the week.
- £18.50 per hour.
- Night Out Allowance paid for each night spent away.
- Ongoing, regular tramping work.
- Weekly pay.
- Modern, well-maintained fleet.
- Supportive transport team.
- Immediate starts available.
