Vivienne Westwood is looking for an Archive – Heritage and Fashion Editor Intern to join our team based in or Elcho Street Office in Battersea. This position is offered on a full time basis for 9 weeks, at £13.15 per hour.
Key Responsibilities of the Archive & Editing Intern:
- Support day-to-day Heritage and Fashion Editing administration.
- Support with daily returns and requests using the Fashion GPS
- Assist with archival care, maintenance and accurate digital upload of archival pieces onto the FGPS system.
- Assist with labelling, re-housing and cataloguing garments and accessories.
- Support the Fashion editing team with photoshoot preparation and co-ordination.
- Supporting the Fashion Editing team with set-up and take down of backstage styling and preparation areas on styling and shoot days.
- Work with the Fashion Editing team to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects.
What Vivienne Westwood is looking for:

- Able to adapt to daily changes
- Self-motivated.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Outlook emailing systems and Excel is beneficial
