SEN Teacher - Radlett

Start Date: ASAP About the Role: Supply Desk are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school setting in the Radlett area. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, personalised and differentiated learning to pupils with a range of additional needs, supporting them to reach their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupils' learning needs.
* Support pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties.
* Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels supported.
* Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records in line with EHCP targets.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and external professionals.
* Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and independence.
* Adapt teaching approaches and strategies to meet individual needs and maximise engagement and achievement. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent).
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
* A strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning approaches.
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
* A patient, compassionate and resilient approach to teaching.
