Location: Stirling
Contract: Temporary Assignment (2-6 Weeks)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Are you a professional, friendly, and organised individual with excellent customer service skills? We are currently recruiting for an experienced receptionist to join a busy and welcoming organisation in Stirling on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be confident managing a busy reception area and providing a positive and professional experience for everyone who visits the business.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting visitors, clients, and contractors.
Managing the reception area and ensuring it remains welcoming and professional.
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms as required
Providing administrative support to various departments
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Assisting with document preparation, filing, and scanning

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a reception, front of house, or administrative role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional and friendly manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to multitask and prioritise a varied workload.
Positive, proactive, and team-focused approach
