As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed. Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues: UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience. Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations. Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework. Package Description: How well support you: Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience. 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata. Support to gain independent prescribing qualification. 1 weeks paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
