Key Accountabilities

• Completed works in compliance with O&M Contractual requirements, which typically included completion of 6 and 12 month maintenance checks, bearing lubrication, functional test and cleaning.


• In addition, returning turbine to service after fault conditions will involve mechanical and electrical fault finding, fault resolution, component replacement and functional testing.

Knowledge

Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems maintenance

Skills

Good communications, technical fault finding, practical use of tools

Experience

Ideally previous experience of wind turbine maintenance

Qualifications

Minimum NVQ Level 3 Mechanical or electrical
