Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

Our Shifts: 8am - 8pm | 7.30am - 3pm | 2.30pm - 10pm | 8pm - 7.30am (Waking Night) | 9.30pm - 7.45am (Waking Night) | 10pm - 7.30am (Sleepover)

Shift Requirement: We are ideally recruiting for a mix of day shifts, with occasional nights/sleepovers. Staff will be working across our two Carlisle services

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting amazing individuals to live their daily lives in their own homes, in the way they want to live. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with going out for walks, going to the gym, gaming, listening to music, going shopping and going to the cinema/theatre
