Electrical Project Manager

Windlesham, Surrey £75,000 - £85,000+ Package (DOE) Contract option available: £400 - £450 per day We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor delivering works on a pharmaceutical campus in Windlesham. This role would suit an Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction projects. Previous pharmaceutical or high-level laboratory experience is not essential, as the project is predominantly commercial in nature, incorporating some medical gas installations and associated building services works. The Role Lead and manage electrical building services packages from inception through to completion Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget Attend and lead project progress meetings Oversee commissioning activities and project handover Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management Requirements Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E sector Experience delivering commercial projects from pre-construction through to handover Strong understanding of LV distribution, lighting, power, containment and electrical building services systems Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare environments would be advantageous but is not essential What's on Offer?
