CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT

To be successful in this fast-paced, client-facing role, you will need to bring…

• genuine ‘hands-on’ experience of residential conveyancing procedures and processes gained in a fast-moving, professional team environment (essential)
• CLC / CILEx qualification or ongoing study (useful, not essential)
• ability to work as part of a small, dedicated team
• good organisational / administration and IT skills, using MS Office applications
• well-developed communication skills, since the role will involve significant contact with clients, both face to face and on the telephone
• ability to work both independently and under supervision
• reliability and efficiency, with a results-oriented desire to see a ‘job well done’
• enthusiasm, self-motivation and confidence.

We have a fully developed conveyancing case management system, so any previous experience of using similar systems would be a distinct advantage.  Applicants should please note that this role is not expected to lead to a Training Contract or SQE opportunity.
