Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home £35k–£37k Birmingham – B20 / B38 Contract: Full-time (Monday - Friday) About the Role We are recruiting a Deputy Manager to support our Registered Manager within a 3-bedded therapeutic EBD Children’s Home in Birmingham. What’s on Offer

- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing or supervising staff in a children’s residential setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent (Level 4+ desirable)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management, and trauma-informed practice
- Full UK driving licence (essential, due to on-call requirements)
- Flexibility to work long shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
- Commitment to continuous professional development
