Property Services Assistant

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) Property Services Assistant, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington, with a salary of £25,801 - £28,214 per annum If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Asset Team at CCHA. As a Property Services Assistant we are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes:

• 5 GCSE's (A-C) or equivalent including English and Maths
• Experience of working in an administration, secretarial or business development function, including work with other departments
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook &Intermediate Excel Skills
