Transaction Monitoring (TM) Training Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will educate and upskill operational colleagues through structured training, coaching, and knowledge transfer. You will design learning interventions, monitor their effectiveness, and ensure materials reflect Barclays standards and governance. Working within the Training and Capability team, you'll partner across the bank to close knowledge gaps and support a controlled, high-performance environment. You'll drive continuous improvement in learning programs and contribute to a strong learning culture. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on risk-aware operations. Pay / Benefits

• Design and deliver training programmes, workshops, and learning initiatives for banking operational teams Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements Conduct training needs assessments and identify knowledge gaps across the bank Collaborate with stakeholders to implement targeted development solutions Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency related to learning and development Identify and escalate internal risks and issues, maintaining governance standards Ensure materials reflect Barclays branding and governance policies Engage with cross-functional teams and act as a knowledge transfer coach Support embedding new policies/procedures to mitigate risk Provide clear communication to stakeholders and manage expectations Tasks Transaction Monitoring Investigations experience Strong written and verbal communication with training delivery ability Proven stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and produce high-quality outputs Good understanding of risk and controls with escalation capability Experience designing or delivering training, coaching, or knowledge transfer initiatives Key requirements
