What you'll be doing Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Helping children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and complex learning difficulties to access education with confidence. Building positive, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn. Working alongside dedicated teachers, SENCOs and therapists to provide the best possible support. Encouraging independence, celebrating progress and creating moments that can genuinely change a child's future. Every day will be different, but every day will matter.
