The Role
As Valuer / Lister, your primary focus will be to generate market appraisals, convert valuation opportunities into instructions, and play a key role in driving further growth across the Tamworth market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting market appraisals and providing expert pricing advice
• Winning new instructions and increasing market share
• Building strong relationships with vendors
• Delivering exceptional levels of customer service
• Negotiating offers and assisting with the sales process where required
• Working closely with a highly successful and supportive team

About You
To be considered, you should have:

• A proven track record as a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Strong conversion rates and a history of winning instructions
• Excellent knowledge of the local property market
• A polished, professional, and confident approach
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Ambition, drive, and a genuine desire to succeed
