Site Based - Administration Support

What you'll be doing: 

This role provides comprehensive administrative support to office operations, management, and engineering teams, ensuring the efficient running of daily business activities. Responsibilities include creating and managing documentation using Microsoft Office applications, collecting and processing timesheets, maintaining holiday and site-hours records, and supporting weekly payroll administration. The role also involves scanning, photocopying, printing, and binding documents, arranging accommodation and travel requirements, and raising purchase orders. Acting as a central administrative resource, the position supports multiple stakeholders, maintains accurate records, and helps ensure operational workflows are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with business requirements and deadlines.

  • Conversant with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Good Excel knowledge
