I’m looking for someone to assist with planning and preparing simple, nutritious meals for the week. I’m recovering from an injury and have limited mobility, so I need help with basic cooking, meal prep, and light cleanup. Preferences: balanced meals, easy-to-follow recipes, ability to adjust for dietary needs (low salt, dairy-free options). Ideally someone who can shop for groceries or guide me on shopping lists, and who can work around my schedule. I’d prefer a calm, patient helper who can label containers and store leftovers safely. Cooking sessions would be tidy and respectful of my home rules.
