£25,000 | Shifts: 8am-4pm / 9:30am-5:30pm
A well-established law firm in the heart of Birmingham is looking for a warm, polished Receptionist to be the first face clients see. Whether you've already got reception experience or you've built your people skills in luxury hospitality and fancy a move into professional services, this could be exactly the switch you're after.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional, friendly first impression
- Managing calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Handling diaries and correspondence via Outlook
- Keeping the office running smoothly — supplies, deliveries, general upkeep
- Getting involved in firm events and client hospitality
What they're looking for:
- Reception experience OR a background in luxury hospitality
- Confident, professional communication skills
- Comfortable with Outlook and general computer systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in building a career
