Sales Director
Sales Director Job Type: Full–time Salary: Competitive
Are you a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director looking to lead a driven sales team? The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Day–to–day duties of the role:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long–lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
- Mentor and develop the sales team, including managing performance, setting sales targets, and providing professional development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets:
- Previous experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales role.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
