Male Support Workers – Specialist Group Home Service

Full-Time Hours Available – Around 36 Hours Per Week
Day Shifts | Back Shifts | Sleepovers | Night Shifts

ASA Recruitment are currently looking for compassionate, resilient, and reliable Male Support Workers to join a specialist residential service in Buckhaven supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.

This is an ongoing placement offering consistent hours within a structured group home environment, giving you the opportunity to become part of a supportive team while making a real difference to the lives of the individuals you support.

The Role

You will support residents with:

• Daily living and independent living skills
• Emotional and behavioural support
• Community activities and social inclusion
• Medication support and personal care where required
• Maintaining a safe, positive, and structured environment

This role would suit someone who is patient, calm under pressure, and passionate about providing person-centred care and support. Experience within learning disabilities, mental health, autism, or complex care would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.
