Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus

Location: Greater Bristol Area

Are you looking for a role that offers genuine exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence business-wide decision making?

We are seeking a Risk Analyst to take ownership of risk management and internal controls activities within a complex and evolving organisation. Working closely with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing and managing business risks while helping to strengthen governance and control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead risk management activities across the business.
• Facilitate regular risk review meetings with Executive and Senior Leadership stakeholders.
• Maintain and develop risk registers and risk reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance, controls and risk processes.
• Support internal audit activities and control assessments.
• Assist with controls relating to energy settlement and compliance processes.
• Produce insightful reporting and recommendations for senior leadership.

About You

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Risk Management
• Internal Audit
• Internal Controls
• Governance
• Compliance
• External Audit

You may be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, although strong part-qualified candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

Most importantly, you'll be confident engaging with senior stakeholders, able to challenge constructively and comfortable operating across a broad range of risk and control activities.
