We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have: * Experience working with pupils with SLD, complex learning needs, ASD, or PMLD.
* QTS or significant experience within SEND education.
* A genuine passion for inclusive teaching and personalised learning.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
* The ability to adapt lessons and resources creatively to meet a wide range of needs. Extra Skills That Would Be Advantageous * Knowledge of Makaton, PECS, AAC, or alternative communication systems.
* Experience within a specialist school or SEND provision.
* Understanding of sensory-based learning approaches.
* Experience supporting pupils with EHCPs.
