Gardener needed for orchard maintenance and pruning

I am looking for an experienced gardener to help with regular maintenance of a small orchard in my backyard. Tasks include pruning of fruit trees, trimming and clearing around the trees, weed control, mulch replenishment, and basic pest monitoring. The ideal applicant has experience with fruit trees (apple and pear), understands seasonal pruning schedules, and will keep safety in mind when using tools and ladders. Work would mostly be outdoors, with some lifting and bending required. I’d prefer someone who can come weekly or biweekly, arrive on time, and communicate any adjustments to the plan. Please provide a rough hourly rate or a day rate, and notes about any equipment you bring or need from me.
