The Opportunity
Our client is a highly respected, premier financial regulatory organisation based in Guernsey. They are looking to recruit motivated, recent graduates from all degree disciplines to join their upcoming intake. This is a full-time, salaried position designed to transition top-tier talent into a permanent Analyst role upon successful completion.

About the Programme
This structured, two-year initiative is meticulously crafted to equip graduates with the comprehensive skills, confidence, and experience required for a long-term, impactful career.
Throughout the programme, selected candidates will:
• Rotate Across Core Divisions: Complete placements within two of the organisation's key regulatory divisions (including Banking & Insurance, Financial Crime, Enforcement, or Risk & Operations), gaining broad exposure to the financial regulation landscape.
• Earn Professional Qualifications: Undertake fully supported external courses and structured professional development to build out your technical toolkit.
• Receive Dedicated Mentorship: Benefit from direct on-the-job learning, structured training, and strong mentorship from seasoned industry professionals.

What You Will Be Doing
As your knowledge and experience grow within the organisation, you will take on increasing responsibility, delivering meaningful work across several key areas:
• Conducting deep-dive research and contributing to major regulatory projects.
• Analysing complex information to make sound, evidence-based recommendations.
• Drafting high-level reports, professional correspondence, and regulatory documentation.
• Supporting onsite visits and regulatory reviews alongside collaborative internal teams.
