Kingdom Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our valued partner, Poundstretcher , for Retail Security Officers to join the team at Poundstretcher, Telford Madeley, Unit 1 Madeley Court Way, Telford, TF7 5FL .
If you hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence , have excellent customer service skills, and are looking for a permanent role with a reputable security provider, we'd love to hear from you.

Vacancy 1: 30 Hours Per Week
Sunday to Wednesday * Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
* Monday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
* Tuesday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
* Wednesday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm Vacancy 2: 24 Hours Per Week
Thursday to Saturday * Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
* Friday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
* Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm Pay Rate

As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service. Your duties will include: * Providing a visible security presence within the store.
* Conducting regular site patrols and surveillance.
* Monitoring and reporting incidents.
* Completing Incident Reports and Daily Occurrence Book (DOB) entries.
* Preventing theft, loss, and anti-social behaviour.
* Responding to incidents professionally and effectively.
* Supporting store management and staff.
* Building positive relationships with customers and tenants.
* Resolving issues and conflict in a calm and professional manner.
* Ensuring all security procedures are followed. About You
To be successful in this role, you will have: * A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence .
* An Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to undergo screening.
* Your own reliable transport.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A professional approach with strong observational skills.
* Good problem-solving abilities and sound judgement.
* The ability to remain calm under pressure.
* A full five-year checkable employment history.
* Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential. Apply Today
