* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes using evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
* Manage an autonomous outpatient caseload and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with HCPC, CSP, and organisational standards.
* Provide patient education, self-management advice, and injury prevention strategies to support long-term recovery and functional independence.
* Liaise effectively with consultants, GPs, insurers, and other healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans, progress, and discharge recommendations. Person Specification * A minimum of 3 years of recent MSK outpatient experience.
* Availability for evening shifts.
* Demonstrable experience with the post-operative rehabilitation of patients who have undergone orthopaedic surgery.
* Experience with patients referred from the primary care setting. Qualifications * BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.
* Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) membership.
* Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
