About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils requiring additional support, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and engage positively with school life. Working alongside class teachers, the SENCO, and wider support staff, you will provide tailored support to meet individual learning and emotional needs, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. No two days are the same, making this an incredibly rewarding role for someone who enjoys building relationships and celebrating progress, no matter how big or small. Key Responsibilities * Supporting pupils with additional learning needs within the classroom
* Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
* Helping pupils access learning activities and remain engaged
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
* Supporting pupils' social and emotional development
* Working collaboratively with teachers and the SEN team
* Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines
