Business Support Manager (Capital, Planning & Property Services Directorate)

Job description

To be responsible to the Strategic Director of Capital, Planning & Property Services and report to the Customer Experience Manager for assisting in the provision of an effective, efficient and customer focussed business support service to the office operations.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the diary management of the Strategic Director of Capital, Planning & Property Services, including the administration of meetings.
• To provide specific business support to the Capital, Planning & Property Services directorate.
• Under the direction of the Strategic Director and Assistant Director/Service Leads/Head of Service, ensure work tasks are allocated, prioritised and carried out to a high standard of quality.
• To supervise, train and develop assigned business administrative staff to ensure the business needs of the service are met.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A relevant 3rd level qualification (or equivalent) or 5 GCSEs Grade A-C including Maths and English plus additional experience.
• Possess the right to work in Northern Ireland at the time of application.
