I'm looking for a skilled seamstress to do some alterations on a formal dress. The dress is made of lightweight satin and needs hem adjustment, minor seam fixes, and some take-in at the waist. I prefer a clean, invisible finish and can drop off the garment at a convenient time. Please include any relevant experience with evening wear, a rough estimate of cost, and your typical turnaround. I’m hoping to have this done within a few days and can be flexible on timing if needed. House proximity isn’t an issue as I can travel to you or arrange a pickup if that’s easier.
