I'm looking for a reliable gardener to lay new lawn in my small backyard. The area is roughly 40 square meters and currently has uneven ground with some drainage issues. I prefer reputable turf such as fescue or ryegrass and would like a seamless, climate-appropriate finish. Please include preparing the soil (leveling, removing old grass if needed, and adding topsoil or rootzone), laying the turf, and initial watering instructions. I’d also appreciate advice on mowing height and ongoing care. Flexible on start date, but I’d like the job completed within a couple of days and finished before the end of the month.
