We are currently looking for  SEN Support Workers to join our team in Corby or surrounding areas. (NN14, NN15, NN16, NN17, NN18) – Experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Firstly provide one-to-one or group support for students with additional learning needs.
• Secondly, assist in helping with behaviour support strategies.
• Working with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure consistent support for the students.
• In addition, promote inclusion and help create a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment.

About You

• To begin with, genuine passion for supporting young SEN people.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN training) are an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
