Your Role
As a Receptionist you’ll play a vital role in providing a first-class customer experience to all those who visit our centre; ensuring consistent, efficient and friendly service is given throughout each customer’s experience.

Your Team
You’ll be working within our Reception Team and directly reporting to the Reception Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the Horizon HELLO in all customer interactions

• Meet and greet all customers, upon arrival or by telephone, and assist them as required

• Process bookings for classes, swimming lessons and our sports facilities

• Taking accurate payments in accordance with company policy

• Be knowledgeable of and promote all activities, classes, membership options and offers

• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Reception Manager

• Continuously gain customer feedback through our Net Promoter Score Surveys

Your Experience

Previous relevant experience - desirable

• Proficient with Microsoft programmes, Outlook and booking systems

This role will be based at Waterlooville but will be expected to travel to other company site as the need requires.
