Brown's Hotel is London's first hotel. It opened its doors on Albemarle Street in 1832. Since then we have hosted famous guests from all walks of life. Your key responsibilities
Join Adam Byatt, our Chef Director, and a talented team of chefs passionate about fresh seasonal produce. With expertise in international cuisines and luxury dining, you'll bring exceptional culinary skills and the ability to work independently in a busy kitchen.
As a Demi de Partie , you will support your section by preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards in a fast-paced, luxury kitchen.
You will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality, working both independently and alongside the team to ensure consistency and smooth daily operations.
