An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Nurse to join our busy team. We are looking for a candidate full of enthusiasm and ready for the challenge to join our nursing team. We are a Surgery dedicated to patient-centred care and making a positive difference in our community. We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who is friendly and enthusiastic to provide a high quality of care to our patients.The scope of the role will include Long Term Condition management, childhood immunisations, cytology, smears, vaccinations etc. A successful candidate will also be confident, have excellent organisational skills, be able to self-manage and be IT proficient.
