An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Nurse to join our busy team. We are looking for a candidate full of enthusiasm and ready for the challenge to join our nursing team. We are a Surgery dedicated to patient-centred care and making a positive difference in our community. We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who is friendly and enthusiastic to provide a high quality of care to our patients.The scope of the role will include Long Term Condition management, childhood immunisations, cytology, smears, vaccinations etc. A successful candidate will also be confident, have excellent organisational skills, be able to self-manage and be IT proficient. The team consists of: 6 partners, 7 salaried GP, 4 trainees, 4 Advanced nurse practitioner, 3 practice nurses, 4 HCA's, admin team & reception team.
